   - Either party may terminate the services with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid.

   - Allied Health Virtual Administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

   - These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
